At Maison Bébé, each piece is thoughtfully made to order, so we carefully prepare every order specifically for you.

Made-to-Order Furniture
As our furniture is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production may have started and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
