Returns & Exchanges

At Maison Bébé, our furniture is carefully made to order for your little one’s space. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when preparing and delivering your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maisonbebe.co with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a suitable replacement or solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Made-to-Order Products

Our furniture is made specifically for your order. Minor variations in wood grain, colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of the materials and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
